Vision
Imagine a world where only good exists.
A reality where professionals—especially those under constant stress—lead with clarity, speak with courage, and choose with compassionate conviction. That’s what turns systems. That’s what heals cultural fractures.
Every professional coached becomes a ripple in the system—a leader, a clinician, a speaker, a healer.
And the vision is this:
One voice. Twelve voices.
Twelve voices. Twelve hundred voices.
Twelve hundred voices. Twelve thousand voices.
Twelve thousand voices. Twelve million voices.
Twelve million voices. 68 million voices.
One Voice begins The Bridge.
One voice begins within—and other voices amplify the message that is found in but it doesn’t end there.
It lives in connection.
Thrives there.
We live in connection.
We are interconnected.
And so is all in existence.
The vision is for all good spread across the globe be interconnected, starting with the frontline in health.
Why frontline?
Why health?
Simply because the strength of any society flows through its frontline system—and the professionals who carry the stressful weight of health service within it need society to safeguard them the most after the vulnerable they care for.
Mission
The giving starts with coaching services dedicated to rebuild bridges torn down by the noise stress brings, through an identity-rooted, non-directive, presence-led coaching style.
The primary target group are stressed out health professionals on the frontline (especially those emerging into, or already in leadership).
The mission target is to seriously reduce bad stress to 49%, and augment good stress to 51%, foster holistic development, wholesome improvement and most of all desired decision making outcomes consistently.
Empirical research confirms the greater the ambivalence, the greater the correlation between decision making and intended outcome.

Our Story
Hi my name is Martha, leader of this company. Becoming a coach—and eventually a business owner—was never part of the plan. I dreamt of dabbing into many industries and began as a nurse, driven by a deep desire to learn about the human body, care for it and help others, but quietly longing for a life with more peace, goodness, simplicity and financial freedom—and less of the relentless bad stress so many healthcare professionals endure. Yes I began with the desire to enjoy an abundance of the best type of stress around.
I am highly skilled and deeply committed, but what I became especially known for was managing severely bad non-clinical psychosocial stress in its most intense forms: COVID wards, palliative care, surgical units, cath labs, hospice, operating theatres, leadership roles—you name it, I did it well according to my colleagues. I witnessed suffering, handled emergencies, made critical decisions, and carried more than most ever see.
But I was never alone.
I was part of teams — frontline families built on grit, skill, and compassion. Together, we faced the heartbreak, the chaos, and the quiet victories. Often, we were strangers drawn together by a mission: to preserve life, fight death & low quality of life, ease pain, uphold at desired quality of life and hold space for dignity in death.
Rewarding yet rather stressful to do 3-5 times a week annually without proper safeguarding.
Over time, a question began to whisper beneath the noise that changed everything:
What if stress didn’t have to
destroyus?What Is Stress — Really?
Stress goes beyond feeling overwhelmed. It is a normal response to perceived threats by the brain. There are two types generally – distress and eustress.
Biologically, the body responds to perceived threats —activating the (SNS) sympathetic nervous system (the “fight or flight” response). And the perceived threats manifests in all shapes and sizes.
Stress = Perceived Threat
The SNS increases cortisol and adrenaline levels, narrows attention, impairs memory recall, and shifts the brain from long-term thinking to short-term survival. In small doses, stress sharpens focus. But sustained or unmanaged, it hijacks our ability to make rational, aligned decisions.
And poor decisions under pressure?
They ripple outward—leading to burnout, conflict, compromised care, wasted resources and fractured teams.
Over the years, I see brilliant colleagues buckle under pressure. Leaders lose their edge. Patients fall through the cracks. I felt it too: the erosion of clarity, purpose, and identity.
So I stepped back—not out out, just far enough to gain perspective.
From that vantage point, a new pattern emerged:
Bad stress clouds judgment. But good stress rebuilds judgement with clarity.
Bad stress clouds judgment yes—but good stress?
Good stress rebuilds judgement with clarity.
That insight became the foundation of Enasni Connections—not born from theory, but from lived experience and urgent necessity.
Today, through coaching, we help health professionals:
- Reduce bad stress
- Augment good stress
- Make clear, aligned decisions
- Restore connection to values, within teams, and within the individual.
We rebuild the inner bridges that stress has broken—through clarity, courage, communication. We don’t fight stress. We work with it. Because stress isn’t the enemy—it’s a messenger. And if you learn to listen, it can guide you to what needs attention, healing, and change.
I’ve lived through the chaos of stress.
Now I coach the clarity that transforms stress.
Because I’ve seen what happens when we don’t.
And I know what’s possible when we do.
It’s insanely simple. And yes—insanely hard. But it’s worth it.
If you’re nearing your turning point—or you know someone who is—we’re here.
